International Isotopes Inc. manufactures and distributes sealed cobalt-60 sources for use in a wide range of applications such as medical therapy, industrial applications, and research.  International Isotopes Inc. is the only U.S. manufacturer of high activity cobalt sources and we distribute our source products throughout the world. Our flexible source design is compatible with several radiotherapy and stereotactic radiosurgery devices, blood and research irradiators, and gamma-ray calibration systems. We also provide custom source designs and contract manufacturing services.  All of our sources are manufactured under a rigorous quality assurance program that has been certified against ISO 13485 and 9001.

Our sealed Co-60 source designs also meet ISO 2919 and ANSI/HPS N43.6 Classification E53524 (5) and has been demonstrated to meet the regulatory requirements for special form radioactive material as prescribed in the regulations of the International Atomic Energy Agency and the United States of America for the transport of radioactive material, reference IAEA Special Form Certificate USA/0707/S-96.
